Creating Your First Form

Build and publish your first form in under 5 minutes.

Step 1 — Open the form builder

From your dashboard, click New Form (top right). The form builder opens with an empty canvas.


Step 2 — Add a title

Click the Form Title field at the top and type your form name. This appears as the heading respondents see when they open the form.

Optionally add a Description below the title — useful for surveys or research forms where context matters.


Step 3 — Add questions

Click + Add field to insert a question. Choose from field types:

Drag questions to reorder. Click the × on any field to remove it.


Step 4 — Configure each question

Click any field to open its settings panel on the right:

  • Label — the question text respondents see
  • Required — toggle on to make the field mandatory
  • Placeholder — hint text shown inside the input
  • Help text — optional note shown below the field

Step 5 — Publish and share

When your form is ready, click Publish in the top bar. This makes the form live and generates a shareable link.

Share options:

  • Copy link — paste anywhere
  • QR code — download a QR code for print or events
  • Embed — copy the embed snippet for your website

Step 6 — View responses

Click Responses in your dashboard or open the form and click the Responses tab. Responses appear in real time as they come in.
