Viewing Responses

Viewing, filtering, and exporting form responses.

Accessing responses

  1. Open your dashboard at forms.zyntel.net
  2. Click a form name to open it
  3. Click the Responses tab

Responses appear in real time. The tab shows a count of total responses received.


Response table view

Each response appears as a row in the table. Columns match your form fields.

  • Click any row to expand and read the full response
  • Responses are sorted newest first by default — click any column header to sort
  • The Submitted at column shows the exact date and time

Filtering responses

Use the Filter button above the table to narrow down results:

  • Filter by date range (e.g. "last 7 days")
  • Filter by a specific field value (e.g. show only responses where "Department = Lab")
  • Filter by completion status (complete / partial)

Filters stack — you can apply multiple at once.


Individual response view

Click any row in the table to see the full response on its own page:

  • All field values displayed in order
  • Submission timestamp and source (link or QR code)
  • For file upload fields: a download link appears

Exporting responses

Click Export in the top right of the Responses view:

  • CSV — opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet app
  • JSON — for developers or data pipelines

The export includes all responses matching any active filters. To export everything, clear all filters first.


Response analytics

At the top of the Responses tab, ZyntForms shows summary stats:

For text fields, ZyntForms shows a word cloud of common terms. For choice fields (dropdowns, checkboxes, radio), it shows a bar chart of option distribution.


Sharing access to responses

By default, only members of the company that owns the form can view responses. To give a colleague access:

  1. Go to Company settings
  2. Invite the colleague as a member
  3. Assign them the Viewer or Editor role

Viewers can see responses but cannot edit or delete the form. Editors can do both.
