Logging In

How to access ZyntForms and create your account.

Option 1 — No account needed​

Click Create Form on the homepage. A temporary session starts instantly — no email required.

  • Your forms and responses are kept for 14 days
  • A countdown banner shows days remaining
  • Create an account any time before expiry to save everything permanently

Cross-device tip: After creating a form, click Save your form link, enter your email, and you'll receive a magic link that restores your session on any device.

Option 2 — Sign in with Google​

  1. Go to forms.zyntel.net
  2. Click Sign in with Google
  3. Choose your Google account
  4. You'll land on your dashboard

Option 3 — Email and password​

  1. Go to forms.zyntel.net
  2. Click Create account
  3. Enter your email address and set a password
  4. Verify your email via the link sent to your inbox

Recovering an anonymous session​

If you previously created forms without an account:

  1. Open the magic link email from ZyntForms
  2. Click Restore my session
  3. Your forms and responses reload automatically
  4. Create a permanent account to keep them
